This practice is inspired by the martial art form, Qi Gong. It’s a short, daily practice that supports energy (Qi) flow throughout your body and breaks up patterns of stagnation in how you sit, sleep, stand and so on.
You’ll do each movement for a minute. It’s short and simple enough to do every single morning once you get the hang of it, no matter where you are and no special clothing or equipment is needed!
Please note: I don't talk in this video but the name of each one-minute movement is on the screen. Just follow along with the video until the simple movements become second nature!
