As the name would suggest, this practice pair is designed for travel! Sometimes you’re in tight spaces, sometimes you don’t have as much time as usual.

The PM practice is great for evening or before bed. In addition to postures for grounding and release, it also includes a little balancing breathwork and savasana to prepare you for rest.
And if you have more time, you can combine the two!
