Moon Drops is a series of short, lunar energy practice meant to complement the more solar energy series – 5 Yoga Shorts.
Each practice in this series is meant to help you drop in to the moment, reset yourself and re-emerge feeling grounded, centered and calm, even when you’re super pinched on time.
