Our August monthly live practice was an Elemental Vinyasa practice called Earth Below Me, Sky Above Me, Fire Within Me and traversed the elements of Earth, Fire and Air before heading back to Earth again for a sweet finish.
We missed all who couldn't attend and held space for you!
Please note that when sharing music from the host computer, I learned how Zoom's audio defaults to MAX. So in the beginning my voice is annoyingly low while the music is annoyingly high. I finally noticed the setting was all the way up and turned it down after the first song and then I became more audible. I'll tweak it even more for next time now that I have a better sense of what works for all of you!
