As the name would suggest, this practice pair is designed for travel! Sometimes you’re in tight spaces, sometimes you don’t have as much time as usual.
The AM practice is great for daytime, wherever and whenever you can squeeze it in. In addition to some well-rounded postures, it includes a little bit of breathwork and a short seated meditation to center you for whatever is ahead.
The PM practice is great for evening or before bed. In addition to postures for grounding and release, it also includes a little balancing breathwork and savasana to prepare you for rest.
And if you have more time, you can combine the two!
