Warm Up is a well-rounded flow practice that supports mobility at all major joints. It is designed to be a way to drop into awareness of your body and breath either prior to a strength training workout or simply on its own!
Dynamic stretch or activation is ideal BEFORE a workout and can also serve as an effective way to disrupt the holding patterns of the day. From your neck to your toes, this practice addresses it all!
