Live Asana 4/16/23 - A more workshop style practice breaking down chatturanga, side arm balance and variations (vasisthasana) and crow (bakasana). I also include some possible benefits of these poses so they may feel valuable enough to you to persevere in embodying.
This practice may also be beneficial to yoga asana teachers who want to make these poses and/or their progressions more accessible or meaningful.
