Ventilate is a side-stretch focused practice designed to help you gently breathe movement into anything that feels stuck: physical, mental or emotional.
Side bending and stretching, or lateral flexion of your spine tends to have an effect much like opening the blinds and letting air and light in. In this practice we enjoy numerous side bends: standing, flowing and seated.
