Open Hips is a mellow energy, hip liberating practice that emphasizes your inner hips or adductors and the back of your hips, your hamstrings and glutes.
This practice can stand alone for when you’re simply feeling stiff or have been sitting for long periods OR it’s a fantastic recovery practice for lower body strength training days!
