Sometimes life calls for us to assess the balance of the energy we’re putting out into the world and the energy we’re focusing inward, on ourselves and our needs.
This practice includes postures that emphasize that turning inward and a drawing of energy from the perimeter to your center. Sometimes described as “hugging in to the midline” or SAMANA VAYU, the flow of energy inward.
