The pre-meditation chat intends to provide an alternate perspective for Self-Love, one that is informed by the teachings of yoga, specifically the KOSHAS, and provide what might be a clearer pathway to Self-Love which enables a broader capacity for loving all beings with authenticity, and not just because you're "supposed to".

Annamaya kosha - your physical form
Pranamaya kosha - your breath and energy that animate your form
Manomaya kosha - the "lower mind", the level of consciousness where thoughts, feelings, emotions, moods, habits, attachments/aversions, personality, etc take place
Vijnanamaya kosha - the "higher mind", the witness level of consciousness, the wisdom layer, neutral awareness
Anandamaya kosha - the bliss layer of consciousness when we become Self-aware, when we recognize the totality of who we are and who each other is.
