This month our theme is sandhya - a Sanskrit word that means “junction” or “twilight.” It describes the thresholds of transition: the moments between things like night and day, or right now, between summer and autumn.
In Hinduism, a sandhya is considered sacred. It’s not just an in-between time, it’s a portal. At sunrise, at sunset, or at the changing of the seasons, there’s a softening of boundaries. The veil thins, the atmosphere changes, and we are invited to pause and honor the turning.
