1) Mindfulness Practices (meditation! and committing to being fully present)
2) Try new activities, expose yourself to new things, explore your comfort zone
3) Cultivate curiosity and playfulness, ask more questions
4) Keep a Wonder journal, share your observances with others
5) Spend more time in nature
6) Practice gratitude, can be part of your wonder journal

9. What new activity or hobby can you try that might bring a sense of wonder into your life?
