We divided this practice into 4 rounds. The overarching theme is RISE.
Round 1 to Self: HONOR
Round 2 to our Community: GRATITUDE
Round 3 to those who challenge us: COMPASSION
Round 4 to that which is greater than individual self: WONDER
Time stamps:
0:00-8:00 - Intro to Mala + variations
8:00-End - Yoga Mala in 4 rounds
Note: the microphone audio was inexplicably cutting in and out throughout. Super frustrating. Thank you for your tolerance. I'm currently continuing to troubleshoot why this is happening all of a sudden even though all the variables involved in these Lives are the same as they have always been. It may mean I need to purchase new equipment!
