Stabilize
July 2025 Practices

Stabilize is a practice I created in response to requests for knee friendly practices! It’s the second in the Happy Knees series!
In this one I focus on stability - poses and movements within poses that will strengthen the muscles that support your knee joints including quadriceps and gluteus medius.
There’s no kneeling nor deep knee flexion in this one so if your knees need some extra love or you want to prevent future knee pain, this could be a great choice for you!
You might like to have a block for this practice. And some may benefit from being close to a wall or chair for a little extra support as needed!
