This practice emphasizes our roots – physically speaking, that’s our legs and hips. Emotionally and energetically speaking, our roots are our ancestors, our history, the stories that have made up our lives so far.
I named this practice Treasure as a way to honor where we’ve come from and the wisdom we’ve gained along the way. I hope that it’s slow tempo and deep stretches create safe space for you to acknowledge all versions of yourself.
