We explore impermanence, tapas (discipline of focus), and equanimity through asana, all in community. It's easy to get hooked in aversion and focus only on what's wrong or bad. This practice aims to train our ability to both stay with the hard and keep wide enough awareness that you "keep your light on". 💡
