Yoga Nidra Meditation

It translates as "Yogic Sleep" where you feel the depth of rest afforded by actual sleep while staying awake. We shift focus from the outer world to our inner landscape and through focus, visualization and relaxation, we experience ourselves free from the effects of daily stress and anxiety.
