Metaphorically speaking, what is BEHIND you can propel you forward in life when you draw strength from the wisdom you earned from your past experiences.
From any perspective, feeling like you’ve got a strong “backbone” and a balance of propulsive power and flexibility in life sets you up for success.
This practice includes several different poses and variations that strengthen your posterior chain of muscles to support balance in our bodies, minds and spirits!
