You're welcome at the Yoga Potluck! This online yoga community was created by Gina Caputo in August 2020 to create a place to continue to come together in meaningful ways and explore the teachings and practices of yoga with like-minded people. We are sincere, but not serious and have a lot of fun exploring what it means to be human and evolve together. Yoga asana, Satsang and meditations are a part of what we do each month, both live and recorded. You're welcome here, just as you are. It's a Potluck, so be yourself and bring your thing!
