Activate is a practice designed to be an auspicious BEGINNING.
This could be as simple as the beginning of a day or maybe it’s your go-to New Moon practice. Any time you’re beginning something new whether it’s starting a new program or committing to a new attitude.
It is inspired by the Hindu deity Ganesha who is invoked at the beginning of any new cycle or endeavor for good luck and smooth sailing.
As such it is root chakra focused with more low to the ground, leg and hip centric poses that flow together smoothly as an ode to Ganesha, the Remover of Obstacles!
