Dark Side of the Moon
March 2023 Practices • 11-Feb-2021

We’d do well to allow ourselves phases of outward luminescence and inward retreat too.
PS - Listening to Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon album while practicing should be a given, no? 😜
This practice supports a turning inward to fill up and regain the strength and enthusiasm to begin again and have a fresh start.
